TOURNAMENT ENTRY CONFIRMATION
Thank you, we have received your submitted entry form. A follow up email will be sent to you within a 24 hour time period.
Payments for all other events
Before your team can be scheduled into the tournament, you must be registered for the 2019 season with a full roster of at least 9 players. The USSSA scheduling system will not allow a team to be entered without being registered. This is a one time registration fee for the season, registration is valid until August 31, 2019.
Tournament Check In
Print a copy of your roster and turn it into the site director, with copy of your insurance and birth certificates available for each player. "Check in" is one hour prior to your first game on first day of the tournament. You can also email a copy of your roster to firstname.lastname@example.org
Game Schedule (Applies to regular weekend tournaments)
The tournament schedule will be posted on the Wednesday prior to the event by 9:00 PM

"Check In" our staff will be available to check teams in (1) hour before, during and (1) hour after Opening Day Ceremonies
